EN Architect with extensive experience in urban and residential development, architectural design, planning approval and detailed design. Experienced in communicating complex planning and regulatory matters with clients, authorities and project partners. The practice focuses on identifying architectural potential and developing precise, feasible and context-specific solutions — from initial feasibility assessments to technically resolved design. Experience ranges from new construction and urban densification to the transformation of existing buildings. |
DE Architektin mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Städtebau und Wohnungsbau, in der Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung. Erfahrung in der verständlichen Vermittlung komplexer planerischer und baurechtlicher Fragestellungen gegenüber Bauherrn, Behörden und Projektbeteiligten. Schwerpunkt auf der Analyse baulicher Potenziale und der Entwicklung präziser, realisierbarer und kontextbezogener Lösungen — von der ersten Machbarkeitseinschätzung bis zur technisch durchgearbeiteten Planung. Erfahrung im Neubau, in der Nachverdichtung und im Bauen im Bestand. |
